چکیده
Due to the significant increase in age of infrastructure globally, maintenance existing structures has been prioritized over construction new structures, which are very costly. However, many facilities have not managed efficiently due a lack well-trained staff and budget limitations. Bridge management systems (BMSs) constructed operated globally maintain originally designed structural performance overcome inefficiency practices for bridges. Unfortunately, because most current BMSs based on 2D information systems, bridge data utilized effectively management. To these problems, studies building modeling (BIM) significantly increased number. Most previous proposed comprehensive frameworks containing approximate limited utilize BIM technology. Moreover, utilization level is less efficient detailed regarding safety diagnosis included formats that interpretable by computer algorithms. Therefore, this study, BIM-based BMS, including relating maintenance, was sustainability maintenance. consider schema its system were established via compilation diagnosis, repair strengthening, remaining life, valuation. In addition, web program (WDMP) developed using system, connected with Midas CIM, 3D program. Finally, prototype BMS an actual Korea. The study may be expected improve reduce cost loss.
